Happy Birthday, Heinrich Hertz!

I've been sitting on the idea for this cartoon for quite a while, but I figured that there couldn't be a better day to post it than today, which I discovered, thanks to Google, is the 155th birthday of the German physicist Heinrich Rudolf Hertz, who is most famous for discovering electromagnetic waves, and for whom the the SI unit of frequency is named.  It's much easier for me to post cartoons on MikeSpace now that I have a scanner and no longer have to painstakingly draw them in Paint.
